Perfect knife for mid-sized ingredients

When I got this knife, I was curious about how it would fit into my cooking routine. I'm so used to using the chef's knife for everything. But once I had it in my kitchen, I realized that it's actually a lot more comfortable for medium / small sized ingredients and I'm so happy with my purchase.
