I purchased the Pulse Utility knife as a birthday gift.
Shipping to Canada was quicker than expected. Unfortunately there was a small crack in the handle. I emailed to report the imperfection and within an hour I received reply of sincere apology and assurance that a replacement knife would be expedited. Indeed in less than a week, we had a new and perfect knife. My daughter loves the light weight feel and beautiful design. The precision edge is extremely sharp.
